The hotel is perfect, excellent based in a beautiful building. Cheap and reasonably large rooms complete with comfy sofas and big TV screen and a piano. It has a particularly good and magnificent location in the Colnia downtown. There is Las Tunas Beach Bar serving quick meals 15 mins walk from the property.

The staff here were amazing, the location is great, close to downtown and the common areas, and we enjoyed the delicious food.

The room was affordable, spacious, had a large TV screen, and comfy sofas, and the hotel's location was perfect in the downtown area.

We arrived to the Hotel and one of the rooms we have reserved was not reserved, and we didnt get the room

We booked a double room for our anniversary and we get a twin bed room... We asked to change the bed, or move to another room, and make this for the 2nd night, so the night of our anniversary we slept on split beds... Too bad

We had a great time during our Christmas stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was also nice and had plenty of space. We especially liked the fact that there was a heated pool, which was perfect for the chilly winter weather. Plus, the hotel was located close to the city center and had a beautiful view of the river.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The staff at the reception didn't seem very friendly or welcoming, and the service overall was a bit lacking.

With 4 stars the hotel seems to be overrated, 3 * would be more realistic

The relaxed atmosphere, and the staff was always standing by ready to answer any questions we had! If they didn't speak english they would find one that did within a few minutes... The service at the spa was absolutely excellent!

If I were to put a finger on anything on this hotel it would be the restaurant. The food was fair, but not excellent, and the service was not at hight with the rest of the hotel.

The outdoor swimming pool at Spa Hotel La Reserve was the highlight of our stay. It was a great size for swimming and the temperature was perfect even in January. The spa staff were also very friendly and provided excellent massages. We enjoyed the overall beauty of the hotel and the comfortable bed. Despite its location outside of the town center, the hotel is surrounded by lovely beaches, making it a peaceful retreat.

On the top floor I was disturbed by pigeons moving about on the iron sheeting. Breakfast was pretty bad - unripe fruit, bad tea and coffee, unappetising stuff. Noisy kids at the swimming-pool - no doubt at any time.

Room with a comfy double bed which was spacious and nicely furnished. the best part was definitely the awesome staff, they were super helpful and friendly. 🌟 the location was great too, a big bonus!

The room was large, and well appointed. The Spa had a lovely indoor and outdoor pool. The public areas of the hotel were exceptionally beautiful, furnished with antiques and comfortable chairs.

There was no bar facilities.

Reception staff were extremely helpful, and English speaking. Gym was excellent.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful, even though they didn't speak much English. The hotel was clean and the room and bed were extremely comfortable. The location was great, as it was very close to the historic center and the piers. It was also surrounded by beautiful nature. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel facilities were top-notch.
